Job Description: As a Customer Service Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our customer service operations. You will be responsible for entering and updating customer information into our database, as well as resolving any data discrepancies. In addition, you will assist our customer service team by managing incoming calls and emails and providing excellent support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately enter and update customer information in our database - Resolve any data discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner - Manage incoming calls and emails from customers and provide exceptional support - Work closely with the customer service team to ensure efficient processes - Attend training sessions to ensure up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Identify any potential issues or trends and escalate to management as needed - Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure data privacy laws are followed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required, associates or bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service role - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus Benefits: At Proximus Group, we value our employees and their well-being.
