Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Designer/Drafter position include:- 5 years of architectural design and drafting experience, preferably in residential construction.- Proficiency in Revit is required; knowledge of Enscape and Photoshop is a plus.- Ability to design initial concepts, create construction documents, and take projects through to permit issuance.- Experience in a design-build or construction firm is highly preferred.- Strong understanding of construction techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with clients about project needs and designs.- Full-time in-office role with occasional site visits to local project sites within commuting distance of San Diego.- Preferred portfolio showcasing professional work samples, not school projects.Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
