As they continue to pave the way for a greener future, they are looking to hire a Senior Product Care Engineer to join their team. Role Overview: The Senior Product Care Engineer will leverage product expertise to support engineering teams in designing optimal solutions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align engineering efforts with customer needs and market demands. This role involves guiding strategic technology choices and standardizing processes to enhance overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead secondary engineering efforts and support customer order engineers and vendors in designing tailored solutions.Drive the standardization of the Local Control Cubicle to streamline processes.Provide strategic guidance in selecting components that align with evolving market conditions.Collaborate with Senior Product Engineers to develop frameworks for continuous improvement projects within engineering.Assist in reviewing tender specifications and defining exceptions/inclusions for Sales and Marketing teams.Work closely with operations to optimize throughput.Partner with the Product Manager and Application Manager to stay ahead of changing market applications.Support the digital portfolio to better serve customers with optimal solutions.Collaborate with the COE team and product care experts during new product engineering and implementation. Your Background: Proven technical experience, ideally with at least 10 years in relevant roles.Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of effectively influencing stakeholders and guiding teams.Strong communication and negotiation abilities, essential for driving project success.Hands-on expertise in engineering tools and processes, with specific knowledge of Windchill, Creo, and low-voltage systems.Familiarity with industry-standard software such as ECAD (E3) and ERP systems (SAP).Experience with computer programming (XML) is advantageous.Adaptable and strategic, with a focus on aligning technical solutions to dynamic market needs. You must be authorized to work in the United States.
