Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing and Mechanical Estimator position include:- Minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing and mechanical estimation- Proficiency in plumbing and mechanical codes, with strong negotiation skills- Knowledge of Trimble Estimation software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam Revu- Prepare detailed estimates, gather bid documents, and perform site inspections- Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and project managers- Manage the entire bidding process from RFP to project award- Maintain electronic filing systems and develop strong vendor relationships- Ensure project profitability by managing estimates throughout the construction phaseSalary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonuses based on company performance.
