Headquartered in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, they are at the forefront of shaping the future of energy.Position Overview:We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving the design, communication, and implementation of operational plans for electrical engineering-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and leadership skills.Responsibilities:• Act as a technical leader for projects based on customer orders from assigned regions.• Collaborate closely with team members to generate Bills of Materials (BOM) within the ERP system for assigned products/projects.• Translate customer specifications into circuit diagrams/schematics using design tools such as ECAD and MicroStation, as well as 3D design tools like Creo.• Review 2D and 3D drawings, leading customer briefings alongside segment leads.• Provide technical support to production teams on order design stage, ensuring productive intake discussions.• Support cross-functional teams including SCM, project management, and quality support to ensure project outcomes align with customer expectations.Your Background:• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with over 4 years of industry experience.• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.• Knowledge of High voltage switchgear (66kv and above) is a plus.• Familiarity with international standards such as IEEE, IEC, etc. would be advantageous.• Proficiency in SAP - ERP software is desirable.• Excellent people management, leadership, and communication skills.• Must have authorization to work in the US.
