Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:- 10+ years of experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers, including remote locations.- Expertise in RMS and P6 scheduling software, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors.- Manage site safety plans, address hazards, and ensure all site-specific requirements are met.- Oversee and update 4-week production schedules and align with the Prime Project Schedule.- Thoroughly understand construction documents and ensure compliance with contract obligations.- Identify and resolve conflicts in construction plans, maintain records, and supervise quality control.- Lead site coordination meetings, manage subcontractor communications, and draft daily reports.- Accompany inspectors and prioritize non-compliance rectifications to ensure timely project completion.Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
