Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Division Manager position include:- Develop strategic growth plans for the division, including capital budget preparation and performance metric tracking.- 10+ years of experience in electrical contracting within commercial and government projects.- Licensed Journeyman Electrician (EE98J), with Electrical Contractor’s License (EE98) preferred.- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and ConEst estimating software.- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget.- Manage and mentor a team of four direct reports, including PMs and estimators, while reporting to the COO.- Collaborate with field management to maintain project safety, site logistics, and document control.- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
