We're establishing our production facility in Ocala and seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help optimize our processes. Position Overview:We need a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes, boost efficiency, ensure quality, and reduce costs. The role involves designing product changes, supporting sourcing, and planning the production layout. Key Responsibilities: Use CAD to enhance product manufacturability.Support sourcing and procurement with technical expertise.Design and plan the production facility layout.Implement efficient manufacturing processes and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Preferred Skills: Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.Strong problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork skills. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.Certifications (Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
