Qualifications and responsibilities for this Service Manager position include:- 5+ years of experience in construction, specifically with commercial doors, fences, gates, and dock equipment.- Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to train and mentor technicians.- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with Google Workspace are essential.- Oversee and manage a team of service technicians and ensure they follow safety protocols.- Schedule and perform job audits, and support client interactions for project evaluation.- Conduct regular site visits to maintain quality control and safety standards.- Monitor and improve service department performance while achieving sales growth.Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
