Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Surveyor Office Manager position include:- Professional Land Surveyor license (MD) or eligible for licensure within 6 months.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a land surveyor or project management role.- Proficiency with AutoCAD and knowledge of MicroStation preferred.- Ability to supervise and lead a team, including project managers, surveyors, and technicians.- Oversee the daily operations of the Maryland office, ensuring smooth workflow, invoicing, and quality control.- Act as the point of contact for project proposals, contracts, and workload management.- Sign off on all plans, reports, and survey products generated by the office.- Manage client relationships and support business development efforts in the region.- Provide mentorship and training to the team to enhance technical and management skills.Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
