Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Restoration Project Manager position include:- Minimum of 5 years of field supervision in concrete restoration and 10 years of overall construction experience.- Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects and concrete restoration systems.- Knowledge of waterproofing methods and large-scale projects.- Ability to oversee project documentation, deliverables, budgeting, and scheduling.- Ensure design and construction plans align with client and regulatory requirements.- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes.- Represent the company in client negotiations and meetings to ensure client satisfaction.- Manage financials, billing, and cash flow forecasting for assigned projects.Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
