Qualifications and responsibilities for this Hydrographic Survey Manager position include:- Certified Hydrographer with IHO Category A certification preferred.- Experience in hydrographic surveying and adherence to Army Corps of Engineers' specifications.- Strong project management skills to oversee onshore and offshore projects and lead the department effectively.- Business development capabilities to bring in new projects and maintain client relationships.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation for survey design and planning.- Supervising team members and ensuring quality and timely project delivery.- Coordinating data processing and presentation using specialized GIS and survey software.Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
