Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Project Manager - Healthcare position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.- Registered Architect preferred.- 8-10 years of professional experience in healthcare design and delivery.- Proven expertise in leading all phases of design projects.- Proficiency in Revit; experience with SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suites is a plus.- Lead and guide project teams through all project phases.- Manage client relationships, project schedules, budgets, and staffing.- Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of healthcare projects.- Interface with clients, contractors, review agencies, and consultants.- Ensure quality control and compliance with design and budget objectives.- Track team performance and provide evaluations to support growth.- Identify and pursue new project opportunities and repeat business.Salary: $117,000 - $137,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
