Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Estimator/Project Manager position include:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on concrete projects.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software applications.- Collaborate with the project team to coordinate work schedules and oversee all construction activities.- Evaluate construction methods and implement cost-effective plans and schedules.- Review project drawings, develop competitive estimates, and manage sub-contracts and purchase orders.- Establish, track, and manage project schedules to ensure all critical path requirements are met.- Oversee the submittal process and maintain alignment between the project team and construction managers.- Ensure project financial success by establishing and managing budgets.Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
