Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical and Plumbing Estimator position include:- 5+ years of experience in mechanical and/or plumbing estimating for commercial and industrial projects.- Proficiency with estimating software such as Trimble AutoBid, FastEST, Bluebeam, or Excel.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review project plans, specifications, and cost projections.- Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for mechanical and plumbing projects.- Perform site visits to assess existing conditions and verify project scope.- Solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.- Coordinate project details and turnover with operations and management teams.- Review and validate construction documents, bid instructions, and scope of work.- Collaborate with the pre-construction team to develop project strategies and deliverables.Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
