Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Project Manager position include:- 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related field- 10+ years of experience in commercial or government projects, including project management experience- Ability to obtain security clearance, or existing clearance preferred- Oversee construction-related activities and support the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)- Manage day-to-day construction and service projects- Coordinate with customers, review schedules, and solve on-site issues- Review contractor submittals for contract compliance- Assist COR during project acquisition phases and draft technical responses- Prepare statements of work and cost estimates for contracts and modificationsSalary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
