Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Operating Officer (COO) position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the metal manufacturing industry.- Experience with cold forming, machining, and heat treatment processes preferred.- Training in lean manufacturing principles and Total Quality Management (TQM).- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.- Oversee and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.- Collaborate closely with the CEO and CFO to align on business strategy and goals.- Understand and enhance the financial position and strategic growth of the company.- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and establish company goals.- Review and control departmental and production costs to maintain budget targets.Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
