Qualifications and responsibilities for this Machine Maintenance Technician position include:- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.- At least 3 years of experience in machine maintenance, particularly in the bag-making process within the plastics or film manufacturing industry.- Strong knowledge of the mechanical structure and operating principles of bag-making machines, with proven hands-on troubleshooting skills.- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on bag-making machines and associated equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.- Conduct preventive maintenance, closely monitoring equipment to identify and prevent potential failures.- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities and collaborate with the production team to provide training on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.- Respond quickly to urgent repair needs to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.- Strong emphasis on safety awareness, following factory safety procedures during all maintenance activities.Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
