Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Estimator position include:- 10+ years of experience in heavy industrial construction and maintenance.- Proficiency in Sage Estimating Software and other industry-standard tools.- Background in project cost estimation, particularly in large-scale and emergency repair projects.- Develop and lead a team of estimators to handle up to 300 projects annually.- Oversee RFP management, quoting processes, and accurate cost assessments.- Conduct site visits to gather essential data for precise estimates.- Maintain professional communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for critical projects.Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
