Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Planner position include:- 2-4 years of experience in land planning, community development, zoning, or related fields.- Knowledge of planning principles and practices, and at least one planning specialization.- Experience in land/site planning and development processes.- Working knowledge of local and state development codes and land use regulations.- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.- Analyze zoning and subdivision regulations for efficient land use planning.- Prepare feasibility studies and community planning/design projects.- Collaborate with environmental consultants, land use attorneys, and regulators.- AICP certification is a plus.Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
