Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Employee Training professional to join Organizational Development team. The successful candidate will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), support training logistics, and assist with talent management programs. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are critical for this role. Key Responsibilities: LMS Management: Administer and manage the Learning Management System (Cornerstone preferred) and ensure the effective delivery of training resources.Training Logistics: Organize logistics for instructor-led courses, including scheduling, selecting training facilities, producing materials, and providing multimedia tools.Talent Management: Support talent management programs by managing data, generating reports, and tracking progress.Communication: Manage the training communication calendar and coordinate course resources.Reporting: Collect data from multiple systems to create and provide management reports on training and talent management programs. Job Duties: Administer the HR Learning Management and Professional Development systems, ensuring they meet evolving needs.Manage the registration process for training programs and schedule facilities, catering, and materials.Integrate training content with learning platforms, including LMS and talent management systems.Guide users through the LMS setup and functionalities.Track and report on training and talent management outcomes using the appropriate tools. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years of job-related work experience.At least 2 years of experience in administering training programs and web-based training systems.1+ year of experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred) and Talent Management Systems. Skills: Proficiency with LMS (Cornerstone preferred).Experience in Program/Project Management.Strong scheduling and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Training and Development, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field is required.A combination of education and equivalent work experience in related fields is also acceptable.
