Qualifications and responsibilities for this Process Engineer position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in cabinet making or millwork.- Strong background in process engineering, lean manufacturing, and quality control methodologies.- Proficiency with CNC machines, woodworking tools, and related equipment.- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.- Identify and implement opportunities for process and equipment improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.- Diagnose and resolve production issues using root cause analysis, while applying lean principles to eliminate inefficiencies.- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize and integrate new manufacturing equipment, supporting new product development efforts.- Train production team members and maintain accurate records of process changes, equipment maintenance, and quality control.Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
