Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Sales Representative position include:- 10+ years of asphalt sales experience, proven success managing sales of up to $5 million annually.- Strong network of clients and ability to demonstrate previous successful projects or customer lists.- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets (preferred, not required).- Comfortable with learning a new contact management system.- Conducting outside sales, including client meetings and on-site project evaluations.- Capability to work both remotely and on the road, with company vehicle options or a monthly stipend.- Experience in project management or estimating (preferred).- Building strong customer relationships and facilitating communications between clients and project estimators.Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year base, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical coverage of $700 per month by the company, 1-2% commission on sales, additional commission for project management, three seasonal bonuses, paid vacation time around the winter holidays (Dec 12 - Jan 7), and an innovative work environment with limited Saturday and no Sunday work.
