Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred); must be a Registered Architect in Maryland.- 10+ years of experience with a focus on federal/government, healthcare, and commercial projects.- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and some experience with Revit.- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, preferences, and budgets.- Prepare and present detailed designs, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.- Develop comprehensive project plans that include engineering and HVAC components.- Oversee and modify project plans as necessary and assist in contract bidding and selection.- Must be a U.S. citizen willing to apply for a Security Clearance.Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
