Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Special Inspections position include:- Experience as a Lead Site Superintendent or as an Engineer; with Special Inspections background preferred - Proven P&L management experience, driving team profitability and expanding business services.- Ability to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success.- Expertise in reviewing and managing project budgets, timelines, and contracts.- Strong leadership in coordinating and mentoring a team of 7+ direct reports, ensuring productivity and alignment with company goals.- Business development skills to support sales efforts, engage in strategic client meetings, and aid in the expansion of service offerings.- Experience overseeing quality assurance to meet regulatory compliance and internal standards.- Skilled in recruiting and developing professional staff to foster team growth.- Capacity to act as a liaison between team members, clients, and executive leadership to communicate progress and strategic plans.Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
