Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a critical role that will lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with our clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and exceeding sales targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to upper management
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our products, industry, and competition
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform our sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the gas detection industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to travel when necessary (up to 50% of the time)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
