In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution from design through to construction. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of commercial tenant fit-up and commercial development projects.Maintain project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and progress reports.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any issues or delays that arise.Facilitate communication between clients, site teams, and management to ensure expectations are met.Ensure all safety and compliance requirements are followed on-site.Support the Project Manager in managing project logistics and reporting. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in project coordination within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on commercial tenant fit-ups or commercial development.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Project, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore or similar) is a plus.Ability to problem-solve and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
