Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineering Manager – Head of Design position include:- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; PE license preferred but not required.- Minimum 7+ years of engineering experience, including 2-3 years in management.- Expertise in concrete, precast concrete, and pre-stress techniques.- Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and designers, ensuring the timely and quality completion of projects.- Managing workflow, team performance, and implementing continuous improvements.- Overseeing project design and ensuring compliance with industry standards.- Strong project management skills, including preparing regular performance and progress reports.- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a 20% bonus.
