Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Landscape Estimator position include:- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial landscape estimating- Proficiency in on-screen takeoff software and Excel- Familiarity with commercial landscaping for multifamily or large-scale projects; residential experience will not be considered- Ability to analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates- Collaborate with project managers to manage and control project costs- Perform takeoffs for projects across Southern California and Nevada- Knowledge of contract review and pricing strategies, preferred- Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively in a small office settingSalary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
