Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Estimator position include:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation, especially within masonry, waterproofing, or restoration- Proficiency in material take-offs, bid preparation, and related software, including On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Excel, and Word- Ability to prepare detailed, client-ready contract proposals that include scopes of work, exhibits, and vendor solicitation requirements- Effective collaboration with purchasing and project teams to ensure job readiness and timely project starts- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and industry-specific project requirements- Critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills for managing bid processes and supporting project management- Capability to conduct physical site visits as needed, including meeting safety standardsSalary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
