Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Engineer to contribute to all phases of multi-disciplinary projects, from planning and design through final engineering and construction administration. The projects will span various sectors, including residential, multifamily, mixed-use, master planning, commercial, industrial, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in both private and public sector projects. This role involves close collaboration with a dynamic team to develop design concepts and produce engineering drawings.   Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual engineering designs and transform them into technical specifications and construction drawings.Engage with clients, coordinate with sub-consultants, and collaborate with internal teams.Lead the design of grading, street improvements, and underground utilities while ensuring adherence to firm standards, agency requirements, and client expectations.Support project managers with budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimating.Identify design criteria and plan and execute effective designs.Facilitate coordination among internal staff and external contractors.Prepare specifications and submit reports to clients and governing agencies.Assist in managing contracts, change orders, subconsultant agreements, and RFP responses.Mentor staff in land development operations and project-specific tasks.Ensure project tasks, schedules, and budgets are consistently met.Prepare technical reports and correspondence documents.Perform technical tasks such as site investigations, due diligence, utility research, conceptual drawings, site grading/earthwork analysis, utility system design, WQMP/LID reports, feasibility analyses, site layout, and stormwater management.   Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.5-7 years of professional civil engineering experience.Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Bluebeam Revu is required.Preferred experience with hydrology and drainage software such as CivilDesign, Hydrocalc, SWMM, and routing software.EIT/PE certification is preferred.Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment skills.Proven time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with staff and work collaboratively.Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the company, clients, and projects.Proactive and intrinsically motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.   Join our team to contribute to impactful engineering projects and grow your career in a collaborative and innovative environment.
