Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager position include:- Experience in the water mitigation or similar industry, ideally with oversight responsibilities.- Must have experience with pack-outs.- Familiarity with IICRC standards.- Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach.- Leadership skills, with comfort in supervising and guiding a team on-site.- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of a 24-hour business.- Oversee a team of eight, ensuring that each project has the resources required to succeed.- Support and check in with teams on job sites, meeting homeowners to provide updates and ensure progress.- Step in to manage job sites if needed, to maintain service excellence.- Coordinate resources and support proactive communication with customers and insurance companies.- Serve as a customer advocate, going above and beyond to guarantee satisfaction on each project.Salary: $60,000 base per year, plus potential bonuses up to $40,000+, commensurate with experience.
