Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Architect position include:- A bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of $2 million or more in annual revenue; ideally $3-5 million.- Sole designer experience, responsible for meeting clients, creating designs, pricing, and securing contracts.- Ability to provide references from past clients and a portfolio of self-generated work.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and InDesign), and 3D modeling software such as SketchUp.- Strong knowledge of planting design, including regional plants, grading, drainage principles, and construction materials.- Previous experience with residential design and estimating in a design/build environment.- Self-generated lead development and a client base that could potentially contribute new projects to the firm.Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
