Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:- 5+ years of construction estimating experience; 10+ years preferred, with experience at a general contractor (GC)- Proficiency with takeoff software such as Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff- Strong skills in blueprint reading and Microsoft Office Suite- Perform quantity takeoffs, develop project scopes, and itemize trade-specific bid packages- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and local municipalities for permitting and project requirements- Engage in RFI submissions and bid solicitation to support the pre-construction process- Organize and distribute bid documents, and review plan revisions with stakeholders- Identify value engineering opportunities and manage client and team communicationSalary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
