This role is ideal for a project manager looking to drive growth within a dynamic and supportive environment. Reporting to the Transportation Director, the Transportation Team Lead will oversee diverse transportation engineering projects, mentor a skilled team, and build client relationships to expand the company’s project portfolio. The Indianapolis office houses the company's largest Transportation, Water Resources, and Structural teams, known for their professional diversity and collaborative spirit. Key responsibilities include managing local, state, and federal highway projects, mentoring team members, ensuring project quality, and solving complex engineering challenges. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license in Indiana, 10+ years of experience in transportation design, and 5+ years in project management and team leadership, with proficiency in public sector projects.
