We’re seeking an experienced Licensed Civil Engineer to oversee a team of CAD drafters, manage the subdivision and rezoning of land across multiple states, and sign off on projects from initial entitlement through to sale. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Civil Engineer position include:- Hold an active Professional Engineer (PE) license- 10+ years of experience in land development, subdivisions, and traffic engineering; multi-state experience preferred- Oversee and guide a team of CAD drafters, ensuring adherence to engineering codes and regulations- Work closely with third-party engineering firms, ensuring all land subdivision and rezoning projects meet standards for sign-off- Review and verify CAD designs for accuracy, compliance, and state-specific requirements- Ability to work remotely with the CEO and other team members on a regular 9-5 schedule- Directly interact with developers and national builders, managing land sales and development processes- Remote role with preference for candidates in NJ or the Southeast (Carolinas, Georgia, Virginia, Florida, Texas)Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
