Qualifications and responsibilities for this Safety Coordinator position include:- Associate's degree in Health and Safety or related field (required); Bachelor's degree preferred- Health and safety certification (required); OSHA 10 certification preferred- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in manufacturing safety (preferred)- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and training for employees- Maintain compliance records, including OSHA 300 and 301 reporting- Develop and implement safety guidelines and emergency response plans- Monitor and analyze safety metrics, identifying potential improvements- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferredSalary: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
