Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineering Project Manager position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus (Master’s degree preferred).- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred.- 10+ years of professional experience in structural design for buildings and related structures.- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., RISA, RAM) and working knowledge of Revit.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Leading business development efforts and building a portfolio of clients.- Managing structural building projects, including budgets, quality control, and construction administration.- Overseeing Project Engineers and BIM specialists while performing and leading structural designs.Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
