Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Estimator – Drywall and Steel Framing position include:- 2-4+ years of commercial estimating experience in steel framing and drywall.- Proficiency in Bluebeam, OST (On-Screen Takeoff), Quick Bid, and OnCenter software.- Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for steel framing and drywall projects.- Review project documents and collaborate with senior estimators to streamline planning.- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements as needed.- Maintain a comprehensive database of material costs, vendor quotes, and project metrics.Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, negotiable, commensurate with experience.
