Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Estimator / Project Manager position include:- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public works and commercial electrical estimating/project management.- Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel, and Word; experience with similar software is transferable.- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, systems, and construction practices.- Skilled in reading construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.- Develop and deliver accurate and detailed bid proposals, change orders, and estimates.- Manage projects, including schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget performance.- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to confirm material and equipment compliance.- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
