Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Manager position include:- Must have 3-5 years of related experience in solar or electrical infrastructure as a Foreman or Construction Manager.- Possession of a Journeyman Electrician license is required.- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of solar field projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and budget standards.- Lead and supervise on-site electricians and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and maintaining productivity.- Review electrical plans and manage procurement of necessary materials and tools.- Monitor construction timelines, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure milestones are met.- Conduct site inspections to uphold quality control and adherence to electrical codes and safety protocols.- Travel frequently to project sites across Illinois, with a daily per diem provided for accommodations and meals.Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus.
