Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Structural Engineer position include:- Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, plus 6–9 years of relevant experience, focusing on healthcare buildings.- California Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required; SE licensure preferred.- Demonstrated expertise in designing, renovating, and modifying structures in compliance with California building codes.- Proficiency with structural analysis and design tools, as well as CAD/BIM software platforms.- Hands-on experience managing project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling to achieve revenue targets.- Proven ability to develop detailed Construction Documents for damage repair and renovation projects.- Strong interpersonal skills to develop lasting client relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.- Willingness to travel regionally to interface with clients and conduct on-site assessments.Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
