Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Manager position include:- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the roofing industry, including field experience, or a combination of 5+ years' general construction experience with 3-4 years in roofing.- Proficiency in roofing materials, estimating processes, installation processes, and industry regulations.- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Ability to develop and present business growth models, human resource documents, and detailed work processes.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the roofing industry.- Create and deliver training materials for franchise owners and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.- Analyze feedback and performance data to enhance franchise growth and improve services.- Travel approximately 10-15% of the time, with overnight stays for meetings and conventions.Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
