Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Equipment Territory Sales Manager position include:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- A minimum of 5 years of sales or customer service experience.- Experience with concrete companies or general contractors, with a solid understanding of their needs and operations is desired.- Develop and execute territory business plans to expand client base and increase revenue.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and business providers.- Provide training to sales representatives and support the development of agents and dealers.- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and sales performance.- Organize equipment demos and attend client commissionings.- Recommend product improvements and collaborate on new product development.Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 base per year, plus uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential!
