Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Equipment Workshop/Service Manager position include:- Technical college degree or higher with proven experience in customer service or management.- Oversee shop operations, including receiving, inspecting, and preparing machinery for delivery.- Provide troubleshooting and servicing for machinery both in-shop and on-site.- Manage inventory, shipments, and documentation, ensuring seamless shop workflow.- Collaborate with sales teams for equipment demos and technical support.- Develop and implement service procedures, policies, and strategies to improve client satisfaction.- Travel for short-term missions to job sites in the USA, Canada, and South America.- Participate in technical product development and recommend improvements for existing equipment.- Ability to use Microsoft Office products.Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
