Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Residential Estimator position include:- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with local companies.- Expertise in residential new construction and historic home renovation projects.- Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Xactimate, and Buildertrend.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee the entire estimation process.- Ability to manage on-site project visits (15% of the time).- Proven track record of working independently with minimal onboarding required.- Familiarity with Boston's housing stock and construction regulations is a plus.Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
