This team is unique in that they have a diverse background, which allows them to be involved in a wide range of markets. From large scale developments to temporary structures. They love to take on new challenges in varying regions with vast construction types. Education: Structural/Civil Engineering degree; Masters is an asset Responsibilities: Lead and shape projects across various sectors, including commercial, institutional, educational and some industrial. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring a team of structural engineers, guiding them through projects, while also fostering client relationships.Oversee or directly contribute to the structural design of buildings including commercial, institutional, educational, sports & recreation, healthcare, airports, transportation, and industrial.Work with the project team from conceptual & preliminary stages of design through to completionEnsure compliance to the quality assurance and control programDirectly engage with clients to understand project needs and maintain strong business relationships.Participate in the business development activities through the Metro Vancouver area.Champion a culture of client service excellence and team collaboration.
