Job Summary :An Embedded Hardware Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic circuits and printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role involves creating schematics, performing circuit simulations, and ensuring the final product meets design specifications and quality standards.Key Responsibilities :Designing Electronic Circuits : Create detailed schematics for various electronic components and systems.PCB Layout : Use CAD software to design the physical layout of PCBs, ensuring optimal placement of components.Component Selection : Choose appropriate electronic components that meet design requirements and ensure compatibility.Circuit Simulation and Analysis : Perform simulations to test and analyze circuit designs before physical implementation.Prototyping and Testing : Build prototypes and conduct tests to verify that the design meets specifications.Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of designs, schematics, and test results.Collaboration : Work closely with other engineers, including software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.Skills and Qualifications :Technical Skills : Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Orcad, Altium, Cadence), knowledge of electronic communication protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, CAN, Bluetooth), and experience with circuit simulation tools.Educational Background : Typically a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Experience : Hands-on experience with PCB design, component selection, and circuit analysis.Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in designs and documentation.Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues effectively.In Short :1.
