Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Designer position include:- 4+ years of experience with plumbing design for commercial and institutional projects.- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong working knowledge of NFPA codes.- Ability to produce design calculations and contract documents, including isometric riser diagrams for sanitary and domestic water systems.- Review vendor, client, and architectural drawings to recommend necessary changes.- Conduct technical comparisons and research design options, documenting findings.- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure seamless project coordination.- Familiarity with Word, Outlook, and Excel.- Ability to pass background checks for access to school and government facilities.Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
