Qualifications and responsibilities for this Customer Service Advisor position include:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product-based customer service environment.- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, with experience in SAGE or similar platforms.- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.- Process and manage customer orders, RMAs, and international documentation with precision.- Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone.- Coordinate with technical teams for warranty replacements, repairs, and calibrations.- Maintain and update customer accounts in ERP and CRM systems.- Support colleagues across multiple regions during holidays or absences.- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
